1. Authorization for Repairs
By signing this agreement, the customer authorizes the repair shop to perform
diagnostic testing, inspections, and repairs on the vehicle listed on the repair order.
Additional repairs not included in the original estimate will require customer approval
unless otherwise permitted by law.
2. Estimates
Estimates are provided based on the initial inspection of the vehicle. The final cost
may vary if additional problems are discovered during repair. The shop will make
reasonable attempts to contact the customer for approval before proceeding with
additional work.
3. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic time and inspection services may incur charges even if the customer
chooses not to proceed with repairs.
4. Parts and Materials
The shop may use new, remanufactured, rebuilt, or aftermarket parts unless otherwise
requested by the customer. The shop reserves the right to select parts suppliers based
on availability and quality.
5. Warranty
Repairs performed by the shop may include a limited warranty on parts and labor.
Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized
repairs performed by another party. Warranty details will be provided on the repair
invoice if applicable.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of repairs unless prior arrangements have
been made. The shop reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until
all charges are paid in full.

Customer authorizes shop employees to operate the vehicle on public roads for

The shop is not responsible for pre-existing damage or failures unrelated to the
